Unless otherwise noted, customer understands and agrees to all "terms and conditions of sale" as specified on the back of the yellow receipt and customer's signature confirms this understanding and agreement of sale with Carpet Mart, Inc.
1-YEAR INSTALLATION WARRANTY
Carpet Mart warrants all carpet and floor covering labor for one full year from the date of the original installation. Any work the customer pays for directly to the installer is not part of this warranty. Any changes made between the customer and the installer to the installation as quoted will void this warranty. This warranty does not apply to rental or commercial properties. Types of services provided at no charge under this warranty include remaking of seams which gap, ravel or fray, re-stretching of carpet which wrinkles and replacement or repair of transition materials such as metals, vinyl strips, etc. which become loose. This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, pet damage/staining, improper cleaning or by customer's own repairs or removal of carpet or floor covering to install media wires, cable, phone, etc. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from installation service not covered by this warranty. Any materials and services not supplied by CARPET MART ordered and purchased by customer to be used in fulfillment of this transaction to be used in this installation VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. Note: Post warranty services are available at normal fees.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Carpet Mart features carpets and floor covering products from most of the industries top name manufacturers. Each of these manufacturers, as the primary warrantor, offer their own specific limited product warranties. Carpet Mart honors these warranties where applicable and will do everything possible to assist you in the rare case you experience any problem with your Carpet Mart purchase. Your complete satisfaction is our main concern.
